Really? Trump is super paranoid, he literally believes when he claims there’s witch hunt against him. Also your list is not the most important things, the malignant narcissist is an extreme psychopath and 100% Trump has zero empathy.

I disagree, what looks like ADHD is his narcissism combined with stupidity. Trump is a very stupid guy, there was even a teacher that claimed he was the stupidest pupil he ever had.
Maybe he has ADHD, but that’s trivial and irrelevant compared to the rest.

Good points. On the paranoia: is this also not more likely due to narcissistic injury? My impression is that paranoia in context of such personality disorders is more often preemptive and constant rather then reactionary due to his bubble of grandiosity being burst. On the ADHD: either it is part or it isn’t but I disagree that it is trivial. We’re trying to make sense of this cheese brain and it should help us (voting world population) to better understand the tendency of self-absorbed people, like he, getting positions of power aiding our democratical collapse.
