My fucking card declined twice and then got locked at the cantine when I tried paying for my food. Luckily, my other bank card was working and I paid with it. When I asked customer support, they said my residence permit expired. Apparently, they never asked for my new residence permit (which is valid for at least 3 more years) and only had the old one on record. Thankfully, customer service was good and quick enough to reverse the restrictions on my account but that really scared me man....
