I'm referring to that. Let me clarify. Apps from developers that don't complete the developer verification by Google will still install like before in non-certified OSes like GrapheneOS. The warning that you install unverified apps, which is bypassable after a one-time 24 hour wait period on certified OSes, won't be there on non-certifies OSes. There is no limitation.
