I was in a building that had a name ("The > Tower"), and I didn't know the street address. Picked up the phone. Person on the other end asks me where I am. "Stuck in the elevator in Company Tower" "Where's that?" "Ummm, y'know, sort of downtown" "No, I mean what's the street address?" Turned out she was in a call centre in India, and neither of us had any idea where I was.
