@DrSuzanne I'm sorry to hear that. I've been having some health problems recently and my doctor has been unhelpful and unavailable. When I couldn't get an appointment for weeks, I went to speak to the doctor's receptionist and she was really kind to me. She told me I'd done the right thing asking for help and she listened and offered me to sit down and looped in a doctor from another clinic to make sure someone spoke to me ASAP. It really made a big difference after I've felt really unheard.
