Hey fedi! Are you an #ECE or do you have one in your life? Looking for something to do in April 2027? Would you like to do a whole immersive week in a gorgeous #Japanese town in #Shimane , in order to learn and experience with Japanese educators and in a wonderful community? Look no further! Growing in Place is a Rural Japan Early Childhood Education Immersion program where for 1 week (April 2-10, 2027) you can get to know #Tsuwano, a beautiful small town in Shimane, Japan, through the eyes of local educators, community and children centers. You will interact with other practitioners from around the world (a cohort of 6 people), learn how this close-knit community builds resilience through belonging, and all-in-all have an absolute blast. Apply here! https://rj-ece.nauttiaworks.com/ While I am not an ECE myself, I had the privilege of experiencing this tour this year (with an actual ECE) and I can answer any questions you have from my own experience. Plese :boost: and share this all around, it is a wonderful program and the organizers and all the people in Tsuwano are delightful. Thank you! #immersion #Japan #earlychildhoodeducation
