@palladiumasteroid @alttexthalloffame Also deaf people. Alt text describing the spoken words in a video that is. And people who don't understand the language of the video you're posting but use e.g. Mastodon's built in translation feature which translates AltText. And oftentimes I just enjoy reading AltText (sometimes I need it because I don't understand what a person is trying to convey with the media).
