@joannaholman@aus.social right? too many condiments, weird cheese and sourdough so tough and dry I fear for my fillings. Cafe food is almost always disappointing.

@bluetea@ioc.exchange it’s not just cafes. The one that triggered this thought was the coffee van in my not very wealthy suburb. I’m not paying $18 for insubstantial food somewhere I don’t even get to sit down
