@Giliell@mastodon.social Definitely some digitizing of my own designs, I’ve been poking at Inkscape/stitch but haven’t sunk serious focus into it yet. Thats probably the next step.

@swachter@toot.boston If you have never used an embroidery machine I'd get started with quality commercial designs and really watch them stich out. Digitising is a craft unto itself. You need to know about understiches etc. and I think would be very frustrating to watch your designs Stich out badly but not know why. Disclaimer: I don't digitise myself. Can't draw anything I'd like to look at. But I have encountered badly digitised designs.
