#3goodthings 1. I baked a cake. 2. I took a walk with my friend. Gave her a piece of cake and a piece or two of squash. 3. Two movies tonight. Rom-com throwbacks. First up, St. Elmo's Fire (1985), directed by Joel Schumacher, starring Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Demi Moore, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy, Andie MacDowell and Mare Winningham. I've seen this one a few times over the years. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Elmo's_Fire_(film) Second, Strictly Ballroom (1992), directed by Baz Luhrmann, starring Paul Mercurio, Tara Morice, Bill Hunter, Pat Thomson, Gia Carides, Peter Whitford, and Barry Otto.
