My only question is why they’re trying shit in a solidly blue state like California instead of messing with a swing state like Nevada? Is Stephen Miller just that neurotic about where he went to high school?

They are building their excuses for why they will have to refuse to seat democrats from California and disqualify all of Californias electoral votes in 2 years. It took Al Franken almost a year after he was elected to get sworn in because of bullshit legal disputes and maneuvering. So even though Franken’s election technically gave Obama a Dem majority in both the Senate and House, he really only had it for a month or 2 some other seat change flipped it back.
