Inmates at my local jail appear cut off from the outside. The messaging system is down. The commissary website is broken. This was a frustrating experience for me. There is still the possibility that a deposit could be made in person using the kiosk at the detention center. I wonder if these services were hacked or if it's just poor coding. #Arkansas #jail #commissary #GarlandCounty #VineLink #InmateCanteen
