Recently reminded that I grew up in a butter house and my wife a mayo house. She rarely just eats buttered bread which I do all the time but if a sandwich appears probably I've been converted to mayo.
Where did you end up as an adult/relationship?

@jeffhorton@mstdn.social this poll needs a "depends on the sandwich". I'm not aware of anyones family only using one or the other for everything... From that context I find this post confusing.

@jeffhorton@mstdn.social I don’t think it was this way when I was a kid, but I’ve noticed my parents have switched to buttering and then adding mayo. At least they keep the amount of both under control.
