    Been reading Whipping Girl by Julia Serano, very good so far! I expected it to be a bit more dense but in the introduction Serano explicitly states she wrote it so lay-audiences could understand as well and frankly I think that was a good decision. For context this was the book that coined the term transmisogyny.

    Tahani from RCBG is quickly becoming my favorite character. Aside from all the aurafarming she did in chapter 19 I really enjoy how she&amp;#39;s allowed to be a tall standoffish trans woman obsessed with fighting games without that ever being framed as &amp;quot;playing into the stereotype&amp;quot; or whatever.
