    @Zygos And a weird side note… Matt&#39;s last rest day was December 20, 2024. My last rest day was December 18, 2023. But I only rode every day in 2024. Since the start of 2025, some days are either only resistance training or the rower (like this morning 😁)

    @almanaceditor That works! Probably even more fitting, as I am a RPI alum (that&#39;s why I took the picture), and the ride was with my son who is a hockey coach (not at RPI though)

    Not nearly as spectacular and momentous as yesterday&amp;#39;s phenomenal OT goal for the USA Women&amp;#39;s hockey team to take the gold 🥇, but here&amp;#39;s another stretch pass which resulted in a 🏒 🥅🚨 This was from 7 years ago, almost to the day.
