She&#39;s mostly trying to make the point to some of her fellow journalists who are ridiculously clay-footed and don&#39;t seem to have realised that they haven&#39;t &quot;made themselves a nice little corner of X&quot;, they&#39;re just swimming in fascist waters now.

    @glitchdx@lemmy.world hmm. I&#39;ll have to look into it. Most of the companies I work with are locked into office so I may be stuck with it but it&#39;d be lovely to get rid.

    @NikkiDimes@lemmy.world @Wlm@lemmy.zip racism is about far more than tone. If you&#39;ve trained your AI - or any kind of machine - on racist data then it will be racist. Camera viewfinders that only track white faces because they don&#39;t recognise black ones. Soap dispensers that only dispense for white hands. Diagnosis tools that only recognise rashes on white skin.
