  So I have this really nice blue-switch #keyboard I got for Giftmas last year. The dogs knocked it off the arm of my chair in the living room and on its way down to the floor it caught the edge of the table and pried the ESC and ` keys off... switch and all. This is not one of those hot-swap switches type keyboards.   Been working at locations on Detroit's East side this week. Last week when these were assigned I was a little put off by the driving distance from the house. Today I'm glad for it.   This week was a bit of a clusterfuck. I still got paid to work, so that's a good thing, but a clusterfuck nonetheless. Customer wanted fiber run from one building to an outbuilding.   The wife's work was throwing out a defective bluetooth barcode scanner. It wouldn't charge. (USB-C). She brought it home (with permission) to see if maybe I wanted to try to fix it. After cleaning the dust and lint out of the USB connector and replacing the battery, it works again. I think I'll be adding it to my toolbox for when I'm working on things that need to be inventoried.

I fabricated a copper bracket to mount 40m and 20m hamsticks and a Wilson 5000 (tuned for 10m) so I don't have to play the quick disconnect game when I want to switch bands.
