I don't have a choice. Either you defend Iran for funding everyone who wants to kill the Jews, or you defend the US and Israel for attacking Iran. There is no middle ground, either way you are defending genocidal maniacs. I hate both options.

Or you can make war and kill innocents. Or you can turn your back and watch them kill innocents. there are other variations, but I have yet to see an option that isn't awful.

saddly nobody has found a better option. Iran has had particularly evil leaders for decades. (Why is interesting history itself - but not relavant to today)

The only ID verification that works is when a legal entity that has liability for misuse verifies IDs. I want to live in a world where kids install linux on a pi and thus have root to set whatever settings they want. IF you need to verify ID for some reason, then you need to verify with something that the kids don't control - that everyone else can trust (good luck)

I miss old Usenet forums. They actually worked better because they had the concept of, you’ve already seen this message, you don’t have to read it again. And so you could go back and actually have longer conversations over time because you weren’t constantly trying to figure out what to read next. Some of the forums I’ve used I’m trying to do this however they don’t do it nearly as well because it’s more like you’ve read this far up in this page and so if you start reading and then use and there...

My wife's age, down to the second. When I was 14 other 14year olds interested me, now I know a few that age because they go to school with my kids, but even if I was single they are too immature. About 22 they are mature enough I might consider but overall I'm glad I'm married and don't have to worry about it

I suspect he is wrong - the average car is 12 year old, which means there are a lot of cars older than 24 years old still on the road. Of course cars do wear out and get scrapped, but just looking at broad statistics we should expect most EVs made since 2002 (after the EV1) are still on the road (this is broad statistics which doesn't consider fuel source at all - even though it is an important consideration I don't have data!) Which is to say there is no reason to think there are larg...

Maybe. The average driver is spending just under $200 per month now on gas (14000 miles per year at 20mpg, gas $3/gallon - you can adjust numbers as you want, these are reasonable but some cars better fuel ecconomy) if you drive more than average it is possible to make payments on fuel savings in some cases. or in my case the old car was going to be replaced anyway. Paymets were a given, so saving over $100 a month in fuel was a nice bonus. There are a lot of people who are buying something di...

Note that those are minimums. The pilots I know try to be well above the minimums as a personal rule. Landing without fuel is something they practice in the simulator, not something they ever want to try in real world conditions.
