I was wondering what the construction workers are doing on a weekend then I realised it's only Wednesday. This holiday with the time change has really fucked up my inner clock.

I feel a bit sorry for the guy who waited for my parking space at IKEA. Although he did see that I had quite a lot of bulky packages in my cart and it could take a while until everything is packed in the car (it did). Also I did wave him off as a sign of "this could take longer, better look for another space" (again, it did take longer). What he didn't know is that I had to go back in again because I forgot something. When I left the car again, he finally realised that...

Please excuse me while I will now purchase one album on #BandcampFriday purely based on the album cover.

I just remembered when my grandma read Bambi to my sister and me when we were little. She burst into tears so badly my sister and I had to comfort her. And we absolutely didn't understand why. Kids, huh?

Sometimes when Knut is humping his pillow he falls over headfirst. It's hilarious.

RE: https://metalhead.club/@derthomas/116414922224801121 Turns out my wife told everyone to vote for the wrong number... I guess now it is only fair if my original toot gets a boost? 🔄 Thank you very much! 🙏 Oh, and it is no. 34!

My son is participating in an art competition this year, so if you have a minute to spare you are welcome to vote for him. His contribution is #34 and I guess you can tell that he loves black. It looks a bit like a post atmospheric black metal album cover. 😂 https://www.kammermusikfest.at/public-voting-malwettbewerb-2026

My kid decided that it's finally time to get rid of toys he doesn't play with any longer. Does anyone need anything? On a side note: WTF how did this happen? When I was a kid, I was happy to have a stick and stone to play with after I had to walk home from school for 3 hours during constant snowstorms, threatened to be eaten by wolves.

RE: https://metalhead.club/@derthomas/116329028543062235 Question (from my kid) to the guitarists in here: how do I get the most heavy metal sound out of this? I already figured out "treble" set to max helps a lot. Are there any secrets you can share? @MiseryPath @bestiaexmachina @jxrxme @TentinQuarantino @jake4480
