  @stephanie Yes, these older trees need some attention. If a large part fell this time, then I suspect there is rot in the core too. Good luck! There are a number of Norway maples (weed trees) along the Trillium pathway and they are well past their usual life span. Some have fallen down over the past decades. Luckily we were able to convince the city and the NCC to have their foresters evaluate them and so some have been cut down and others trimmed back. The NCC even planted some new trees!

  @bjb chopped sweet pepper will be good. Yellow if you want to hide it, otherwise red or orange works well.
