    I am no longer human enough to use the Web. #HCaptcha clearly think that to use the Web we need to be 192% human and have a PhD in philosophy.

    In 25 years we&amp;#39;ve gone from file transfer programs which auto retried by default (because why would they not?) to IMs which don&amp;#39;t think to retry sending, even when the phone gains a WiFi connection.
