I’ve been able to almost totally move away from all other social media platforms, and rely on Mastodon. I’m mostly down to just checking Instagram once a week. I find that I do miss some events, but I join every mailing list I come across and that helps me catch lots of them.

@squishberry@mastodon.world I am down to Mastodon, Bluesky, and Telegram groups for local stuff (cons and meet-ups). I want to be off of Facebook but still need to check a group I moderate once a week for scheduling announcements there.
