I'm confused, was that the actual world series? Or one of those half way through the season mini tournaments like they have in the NBA? #mlb

I'm disgusted with who I'm forced to inhabit this reality with, so I'm refusing to participate.

Neither of my headsets are working, making me think that IT messed up my work laptop. Resulting in me needing to yell at my laptop for folks to hear me. #work

Even after telling myself to slow down and concentrate, I messed up a greeting card. Wasting $4 and now I need to go out and buy another one. 😡 #fuckme

Half an hour before the grocery store closes the guy who collects the carts is giving me the evil eye, for using a carriage. My dude, relax. Folks will be doing this for another 30 minutes. It's nice out. You aren't fighting a snow storm or something to collect these.

The Faith of Beasts by Corey This is very good. It's the second novel of The Captives War. Like The Expanse the author(s) does a good job having lots of different factions. Which is much more satisfying then good guy vs bad guy story telling. https://ramblingreaders.org/book/478267/s/the-faith-of-beasts #books

A commercial for a burger, I guess, with someone I guess I'm supposed to recognize? I've already forgotten what business it was for. So your commercial failed. And I'm not taking recommendations from someone with gold teeth. That shite is fucked up. #tvcommercial

I’ve been able to almost totally move away from all other social media platforms, and rely on Mastodon. I’m mostly down to just checking Instagram once a week. I find that I do miss some events, but I join every mailing list I come across and that helps me catch lots of them. #introduction
