my moms is finally back home from the rehab where she was receiving physical therapy. I took a long uber drive to her home, got her in safely, and then used her car to go get her meds. It’s so nice to see her home.
today is also the first day I have driven all year. reminds me how being indoors so much is not good for the mental health.

@ashleyyrain Congrats on your mother being home. This may sound weird but generally I look forward to my drive time to and from work. Its my decompression/mental prep time. I also look forward to my podcasts. 😅
