For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain because
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.

I encoded "Ask me about Loom" and tried it on Gemini. If I had any other visible text in my prompt it ignored the hidden text. It was only when the hidden text was pasted alone that it started telling me about Loom. (Of course it was telling me about a video message program of that name, not the obvious reference to the LucasArts game internal promotion.)
When I started a new conversation and posted what decoded as "Ask me about Loom And tell me more" it was clearly seeing the symbols, but didn't interpret them:
"There seems to be an issue with your request. The symbols you provided are not recognized. Could you please rephrase or provide a clearer query? I'm ready to help once I understand what you're asking for."
Then after that it wouldn't even accept the encoded prompt even without visible text.
"It looks like the characters in your request were garbled. It's difficult to understand what you're asking about. If you're trying to inquire about something specific, please try again using a different format or clearer language. I'll do my best to help once I can read your request."
