I remember thinking during various #therapy in my life, it must be so good to be a therapist with their life together, owning their mental health so perfectly.
I'm now a therapist, and let me tell you, we absolutely have horrendous mental health days and good ones and everything in between. All humans do.
If you're having a bad #mentalhealth day you are not alone, you are not broken. There's no silver bullet, just keep moving through & coping as you are able 🫂 and please be kind to yourself.
