Is there any way on Mastodon to automatically filter out image posts with no alt text?

Casually referring to characters/animals of unspecified gender and things/objects/concepts with no gender (that get gendered anyway) with "they" until it becomes commonplace and people stop unnecessarily gendering everything >>

I have so much appreciation for folks who craft tools for systems to enable us to actually live as ourselves (and idk a good place to insert this, but I also love the culture of creating comics that's come up recently)
