you proceed out into your backyard to figure out what is making this bright green light, you see towards the outer edge of your yars a large glowing green shard of some sort of weird material, it definitely does not look like it was made by any earthly forces..... you slowly approach the shard, the bright green light washes over you, as you get closer weird things begin to happen..... the closer you get the brighter the light gets but wait it's not just a bright light, something is happening to you, this alien force emanating from the shard is changing you..... something is not right, you suddenly feel unwell, yet you still feel drawn to this shard, you slowly stumble towards it and grab onto it for balance.... as you grab it you feel a strong burning pain wash over your body you immediately regret this decision until you look down and see your human body is transforming into a creature.....

as your body transforms you feel an unimaginable amount of pain, your body twists and stretches in ways that you previously thought impossible..... you look on in horror as your hand is still locked onto this glowing shard, you gaze downwards towards your lower body and see your human legs and arms are now those of a furry creature, it's almost as if you are becoming some sort of humanoid cat creature, your one free hand looks kind of like a paw more so than a human hand at this point, you look on horrified as this transformation continues at a rapid pace and you are powerless to stop it..... you try to scream out in agony as all of your body parts, bones and flesh transform but all you can do is let out a loud pained crying howl, your human voice is now that of the creature that you are becoming....

i am a little nervous posting this here since gofundme effectively doxxes me but its been about a month since my partner passed from cancer, we still need more money that i anticipated to cover her final expenses and stuff that i have been putting off since i was taking care of her. any boosts or donations are greatly appreciated, thank you. gofundme link: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-for-kristens-final-wishes-my-next-steps/ I also have a ko-fi and stripe donation page for anyone who may not want to use gofundme. you finally blackout from the pain..... you come to hours later, the glowing light from that mysterious shard is now gone, the shard is still there then you look down and notice your body..... your human body is not so human any more.... your human hands and feet are now paws, your body is covered in fur and your ears have been replace with pointy cat ears..... as you become aware of this you quickly stand up and glance downwards at your body taking it all in.... it is then that you suddenly hear a loud noise from overhead.... there's multiple unmarked black helicopters and they appear to be heading right towards you.... suddenly as fear washes over you something strange happens to you again.... the glowing green light from before appears again but it seems to be coming from you.... as you the helicopters get even closer to you it happens, the glowing green light gets so bright you have to close your eyes, as you do this you hear a loud boom and feel an explosion nearby.... the green light seems to have caused the helicopters to crash... could it be that this alien shard also gave you unimaginable alien powers as well?

so tired of being alone, i cannot even see any of my friends. this is so hard

you look on in horror as you see the flames of these downed helicopters nearby.... you feel the need to runaway.... you run, fast, way faster than before.... you run so fast and so far away you get to the outskirts of town in minutes... you get to a point where you can see the city from above and you see it.... there are multiple glowing green lights in several locations in the city, some of them seem to be fading, did others come in contact with these shards?

maybe a catboy in my bed to tease and have fun with instead could be a nice option too
