For the older fans, I've started a new painting series 'Porcelain', which is completely different from the digital illustrations. Just so you know it's still me.

Ok coffee time.
I'm a european illustrator for over 24 years.
Appart from my usual 'Itchi5' digital ilustrations I have 2 more styles, Porcelain (acrylic paintings) and Berliner Ecken (Aquarells)
You can see them here on my website, check the menu for different styles:
https://itchi5.com
If you're interested in prints or commissions, see the 'shop' page, there's a form where you can write me, or just use regular email.
Cheers!

Meanwhile, in europe.
Dentist - Why should we pay an illustrator, if we can have an amerikan AI do it for free? Won't notice a thing.

After building something, you take away the scaffolding, so it stands on its own.
Itty bitty saturday sketch.
I went to the printer today and oh boy that's a lot of prints to pack.
It's great to see the very old work, the first designs of 'Itchi5' back then (the white drawings left top) and seeing how it developed on the road.
I've made 5 small 'time' selections out of hundreds of drawings, and with a bit of luck I'll add them this or next week to the website for order. 😊
p.s. scroll most of them on https://itchi5.com under 'ilustration' and 'archive'.
Last week I turned half a century.
At first I though 'that's really old!', but with life expectancy now at roughly 80, and in 30 years about 100, I'm only half way!
So much drawings to draw and paitings to paint. Can't wait.
Me at the voting office today in Berlin

Nicely done.
Conversation with my brain while trying to remember a customer's name.
me - This nice person just introduced herself as 'Ina', Remember that.
brain - I'll remember everything about her except her name.
me - Remember this name.
brain - I don't even like 'Mirella'
me - It's 'Irma'
brain - Best I can do is to leave it blank.
me - Irmona will not like this.
Ina - Are you always talking to yourself like this?
me - sorry Franzesca, nothing personal.
Saturday sketching, just a basic one, but nice.
This week I'll be bringing out a whole series of prints from a selection of 15 years of Itchi5.
You can see some of them here, and at the bottom of the page click 'archives' to see the whole lot of them.
https://www.itchi5.com/index.php?ic=list
Keep an eye out if you might be interested, I'l be adding them to the page where you can order them. 😊

*yes, I actually really wrote that very old-fashioned word.
Sometimes I take a quick picture and digitally do some details around it, just to see, like the pink shading and details here.
If I were king of the world I'd obligate all house owners to connect their houses with the sewer system: cold air for free.
(obviously with a filter on top for the smell and hygene)
The solution is already here. We just need to adapt it. This wil save TONS of energy, seeing how Aircos use up to 800w per house and only add MORE to climate change. It's something we really can't afford.
The story of 'pop art'.
- I don't know anything about art, but would like to be an artist today. Hm.. What if I copy this famous cartoon, change some colours/text, and call it 'art'?
- Dude, that's just a ripoff from thi-
- OMG did you say 'art'? I'll buy it for 60k! (not to enjoy, but so I can resell it for 80k! Hahaha!)
- OMG this guy just copied a drawing and sold it for 60k! MUST BE A REAL ARTIST.
And there you have it.
Same goes for copying soup-can designs.
One of the best paintings I ever made.
